Matt's Scooter was 1988 Pacer of the Year and 1989 Horse of the Year. He retired the world's fastest Standardbred, by virtue of his astounding time-trial of 1:48.2 at Lexington's Red Mile. In 1988, Matt's Scooter was recognized as the leading money-winning harness horse with earnings of $1,783,558. At two, Matt's Scooter won two legs of the Blue Bonnets Series and was second in the final. At three, he won the Messenger Stake, Meadowlands Pace, Prix d'Ete, Nat Christie, American-National, New Jersey Classic, Confederation Cup, and two New Jersey Sire Stakes. This impressive year netted 11 wins in 22 trips behind the starting gate, and earnings of $1,783,558. In 1989, Matt's Scooter, as a four-year-old, was voted Horse of the Year. He earned $1,140,994 with wins in the Breeders Crown, Stewart Fraser Memorial, Mohawk Gold Cup, U.S. Pacing Championship, Molson Export Series, Driscoll Series final, legs of the Levy Series and Graduate Series, Wm. Haughton Series final, and On The Road Again Pace. Matt's Scooter has sired 294 in 1:55 and 670 in 2:00. He has 162 $100,000 winners and 4 $1 million earners, Mach Three p,3,1:49 ($2,170,255); 1996 Three-Year-Old Pacing Filly of the Year and 1997 Aged Pacing Mare of the Year, Mystical Maddy p,4,1:50 ($1,436,325); Breeders Crown winner, His Mattjesty p,3,1:51 ($1,038,861); and Royal Mattjesty p,1:48.4. Matt’s Scooter sired the dams of ten in 1:50, 160 in 1:55 and 86 $100,000 winners including millionaire Glowing Report p,3,1:50.1 and stakes winner Georgia Pacific p,3,1:49.1.

Moni Maker was Horse of the Year in 1998 and 1999 and Trotter of the Year in 1998, 1999, and 2000. She was awarded Trotting Mare of the Year four times, 1997-2000 and was the richest Standardbred winning $5,589,256. Moni Maker won six of 14 starts earning $72,610 at two. At three she won 19 of her 20 (18 straight) starts and $675,574. As a four-year-old, Moni Maker won nine of 19 starts and $942,999. She became a millionaire with lifetime earnings of $1,691,183. Her wins included a heat of the Elitlopp, the Classic Oaks and she was the first mare to win the Nat Ray. At five, Moni Maker earned $1,229,828. Her 12 wins of 17 starts included the Elitlopp (1:53.3 world record), Copenhagen Cup (world record for older mares of 1:56.4 mile rate and race record), Breeders Crown (world record 1:52.3) and Nat Ray. Her winning ways continued in 1999 with 14 wins in 21 starts, earning $1,494,972. She was the richest trotter of the season and richest Standardbred in the history of harness racing. Moni Maker won the 15/8-mile Prix d'Amerique, the Prix de France (first American trotter to win both), Trotting Classic Series and American-National. At seven, Moni Maker won seven of 14 starts and $1,173,273. Her career best of 1:52.1 in the Nat Ray put her earnings over $5 million. She recorded the fastest time ever in Europe winning the Grand Criterium de Vitesse in 1:53.2. Moni Maker ended her racing career in 2000 at The Red Mile trotting a mile in 1:54 under saddle.
