Bred by Glengate Farms of Erin, Ontario, pacing broodmare Great Memories was foaled on May 11, 2001 in Campbellville, Ontario. 

The progeny that qualified Great Memories for the Hall of Fame are Dan Patch 2018 and 2019 Two-Year-Old and Three-Year-Old Pacing Filly of the Year, two-time Breeders Crown winner and world champion Warrawee Ubeaut p,2,1:48.3 ($1,849,213); and 2011 O’Brien Two-Year-Old Pacing Colt of the Year, world champion and Ontario Sire Stakes star Warrawee Needy p,4,1:46.4 ($1,258,027).

At the time of her induction, Great Memories had produced six fillies and six colts, with ten starters and earnings of $4,254,649. The current owner of Great Memories is Warrawee Farm of Rockwood, Ontario.
