Biography: 

Robert Farrington made harness racing history when he became the first driver to register 200 or more victories in one season (1961), and also the first to pilot 300 winners in one year (1964). He won six national driving championships between 1961 and 1967. Farrington's crowning glory has been the world champion pacer Rambling Willie, who posted more two-minute miles than any horse in harness racing history and had earnings in excess of $2 million. Robert Farrington died on October 13, 2014.
