What’s new at the Harness Racing Museum?

MUSEUM HOLIDAY CONCERT CANCELLED

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame’s Holiday Concert scheduled for December 9th has been cancelled due to Goshen School District’s Covid-19 restrictions and mandates. We look forward to bringing this popular holiday event back to the community in 2022.

The Museum Gift Shop is open and we invite you to stop by for a bit of holiday shopping. We have items for everyone on your list. Come in and see what we have to make shopping easy this holiday season.

The Harness Racing Museum is proud to be a local drop site for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s ”Toys for Tots.” The program which distributes toys to needy children in the Hudson Valley, distributed 75,784 toys to 21,339 children in 2020. Let’s help break that record this year!

New, unwrapped toys can be dropped in the Museum’s main lobby Monday thru Friday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. until December 10. The Museum Gift Shop has a large selection of children’s gifts including books, games and toy horses for you to select from, and making it easy to be bring holiday cheer to children in need.

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, located at 240 Main Street in Goshen, New York, is currently open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The Museum is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, and will close at 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
